Maitland City Council Community Grants

Local community groups and organisations are encouraged to apply for funding through Maitland City Council’s Biannual Community Grants Program, which supports initiatives that strengthen community connections and contribute to a connected and thriving city.

Community Celebrations Grant up to $4,000.

Community Strengthening – capacity building grant: projects that meet an identified need for the local community, foster opportunities for community participation, support engagement with the natural environment or allow the community to connect with one another. Up to $6,000

For events and activities that will begin from 1 July 2026 and are delivered on or before 30 June 2027.
