About event

Forest Pathways is a Sydney-based nature wellbeing practice offering gentle, guided Forest Bathing experiences in green spaces across the city 🌿

Founder Meg Bracken is a certified Forest Therapy Guide (INFTA) with a Diploma of Counselling. Her path to this work began in stillness, a season of slowing down that revealed what the forest had been offering all along. Now she guides walks that are calm and person-centred, with nature as the true guide. Creating space for people to slow down, reconnect with the natural world, and remember what it feels like to simply be.

Forest Pathways partners with councils, community organisations and health partners to bring the restorative practice of Forest Bathing to more people across Sydney. All walks are offered with deep respect for the Country they move through.
