If you've been feeling anxious, down, overwhelmed, or unsure where to start, you're not alone.
Medicare Mental Health Check In programs are designed for people who:
- are starting to experience mental health challenges
- are aged 16 or older
- live and are currently in Australia.
Help is also available if you need additional accessibility support, such as interpreting services or assistive tools, or are living with disability.
